It was great experiemce. The covid rules were applied and stuck to during the whole transaction. The owner of the business was very polite and made sure all questions were answered. The process was simple and easy, he also made sure we had all documents and everything we needed. I brought a lovely 2014 fiat 500 from him and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended 😊

It is really refreshing to deal with a consumate professional, who talks straight and without the cheap typical “car sales jargon”. I would highly recommend Herts Automative. I dealt with Aaron when making my purchase and he was polite, professional and knowledgable. There was no pressure, I felt completely relaxed and Aaron provided a first class service (that was also COVID safe). The car itself was in superb condition - better than described in the ad! I had some difficulty with the funds transfer but Aaron was very patient during the entire process and made me feel completely at ease. Aaron even made sure there was enough fuel in the tank for me to get all the way home back to Surrey. I've had my new car for a week now -it is everything I had hoped for.
